Dynamic Midi

Link a specific animations setting step value to a Midi notes velocity.

1. Click + sign next to the MIDI Note/CC you want to link an animation to.

2. Select Dynamic Midi.

3. Select a Filter or Transform Animation and click +

1. Midi Note name

2. Checkbox to select which ‘step’ the midi note will affect.

3. Current setting of the step – (Dynamic, Random Range or a Value)

4. Animation Name

5. OBS Source Name

6. OBS Scene Name

4. Select a ‘Step’

5. Set the values for the midi velocity range (1-127)

1 = The lowest velocity a note can be played

127 = highest velocity a note can be played.

When the note is played, it takes the MIDI Velocity and works out what the step value should be. It then recalculates the animation.

Example:

1. Midi Velocity = 127 then Step Value = 4000.00
2. Midi Velocity = 70 then Step Value = 2149.60
